2. Advertising Networks & Cookies (Guests & Free Accounts)

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sub-Processors & Data Sharing

FundedSignals incorporates state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models (specifically Google Cloud Vertex AI and Google Gemini API) to generate market reports, synthesize funding summaries, analyze startup disruption trends, and produce educational video storyboards.

Transmission of Context & Queries: When you generate market intelligence reports, search for disruptions, or request AI digests, your search criteria, selected parameters, and prompt context may be transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud).
No Sensitive Data in AI Prompts: We do not transmit passwords, payment tokens, or personally identifiable billing information to external AI model endpoints.
AI Provider Policies: Our AI sub-processors operate under enterprise cloud data protection commitments and do not use customer prompt data to train public foundation models without authorization.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data strictly for legitimate operational purposes, including:

  • Delivering morning, evening, weekly, and monthly intelligence digests based on your profile preferences.
  • Enforcing API rate limits and tier permissions (Free vs. Trial vs. Pro vs. Admin).
